Our offices will close at 12pm on Wednesday December 24th for Christmas Eve. We will be closed on Thursday December 25th and Friday December 26th for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

The Listowel office will re-open for business on Saturday December 27th , 8:00am to 4:00pm.

The Mount Forest will re-open for business on Saturday December 27th , 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Our offices will close at 4pm on Wednesday December 31st for New Year’s Eve. We will be closed on Thursday January 1st for New Year’s Day. We will re-open for business on Friday January 2nd at 8:00am.

We will continue to provide 24-hour emergency services for our clients. In the event of a veterinary emergency please call 1-800-565-2047.

The Canada Post service disruption may delay the delivery of mail, including paper bills and cheque payments. Please note that payment due dates will remain unchanged despite any delivery delays caused by the potential disruption. To avoid mail delays and ensure timely payments, we encourage you to contact us to set up electronic statements, make a one-time payment, or set up pre-authorized payments.
