Veterinarian – Food Animal
DAIRY COW VETERINARIANS – JOIN OUR TEAM

At Heartland Veterinary Services, we’re growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated veterinarian to join our highly respected large animal team.
Our practice focuses primarily on dairy production medicine, with additional work in beef and small ruminants. We pride ourselves on being progressive, collaborative, and deeply connected to the clients and communities we serve.
Heartland’s Areas of Clinical Focus:
- Providing herd health and preventative care services
- Managing individual medical and surgical cases
- Supporting reproductive work including breeding soundness and embryo transfer
- Advising on milk quality and production
- Building strong, lasting client relationships

Veterinarian - Small Animal
We are actively seeking a licensed full-time/part-time associate veterinarian, who has the same ideals, high standards and culture as we do. We are a multi-location clinic who prides ourself on compassionate client and animal care. We do this by mentorship, collaboration, and teamwork.

Veterinarian - Equine
Heartland Veterinary Services, a privately-owned multi-species practice in Listowel, ON is looking for a motivated veterinarian to join our growing equine team. Our large practice area encompasses multiple thriving communities including Listowel, Mount Forest, and Drayton, all within commuting distance to larger centres and the Ontario Veterinary College. Heartland services a wide range of equine clients and patients including English and Western performance, breeding and pleasure horses. Our ambulatory practice is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, power dental equipment and endoscopy. And with an in-clinic laboratory and skilled technicians who travel with and assist our veterinarians on farm, we’ve got you covered!
A multi-vet practice like Heartland offers many learning opportunities and access to one-on-one mentorship for new grads and seasoned practitioners alike.
