COVID-19 Protocols

We are currently offering curbside service only and are not allowing clients in the clinic. Please call us when you arrive, and a team member will admit you over the phone and come to your car to collect your pet. We are also using a portable debit machine that can be brought out to you or taking Visa and MasterCard payments over the phone. When your pet’s appointment is complete, the veterinarian will call you to discuss their findings and discuss any treatment options.

Heartland Animal Hospital is partnered with Campus Estates Animal Hospital in Guelph, Ontario (519-837-1214) for covering overnight after-hours emergencies.  Please call Heartland (519-291-2060) and speak to our answering service for guidance if Heartland is accepting emergencies at our Listowel location or referring to Campus Estates in Guelph.  Heartland Animal Hospital will open weekdays and Saturdays at 8am.
